Since installing PDQ I have been able to increase my marketing results while decreasing the marketing dollars spent. By using my own generated customers lists from the POS, I am able to pinpoint my customers and market directly to them much more efficiently. I send special offers to first time customers and various offers to my 30, 60 and 90 day customers. Being able to track who bought what and when allows me to know what it is my customers are looking for.
